The journey of Roman Rubicon Solutions began during a trip to Northern Virginia, where I met Morgan and Peter from a non-profit organization. Their dedication to fostering opportunities for neurodiverse individuals inspired me deeply. Growing up, I witnessed the challenges faced by neurodiverse individuals, particularly in underfunded educational settings, fueling my desire to create a company bridging the gap between talent and opportunity.
Our mission is to empower neurodiverse talent in the IT sector through innovative, AI-driven solutions. We offer custom-made chatbots, website design toolkits, professional templates, copywriting services, and social media ad campaigns, all designed to enhance business operations while promoting inclusivity.
Currently, we're building our online presence and refining our services. Our social media accounts are live, and we're developing our website.
