Founded in 2024, Rotting Brain creates dream games (quite literally) that are fun but complex to its players.
Starting off with just a handful of people and growing with more employees every month united by passion, Rotting Brain works hard on its first title Pale Sickness in order to give the world of games something new and meaningful. Narrative-driven games with challenging gameplay that all together create immersive worlds for the players to dive in - that’s what you should expect from us.
At Rotting Brain we make dreams come true. We practice flat structure that allows room for creative freedom and open collaboration. Anybody in the company can influence the project’s direction at any given moment - don't be afraid to open up your mind and let your ideas flow; anything and everything will be taken into account and, who knows, your idea might become the next big thing!
At Rotting Brain we encourage curiosity and exploration, providing career growth and learning opportunities. Have you heard of a new way to set up a procedurally generated dialogue system in Unity? Have you been doing static UI art but want to move onto the next level and work on motion design for it? And last but not least, Rotting Brain is about fail-fast mindset. Regularly practicing rapid prototyping, user testing and retrospective analysis we experiment and learn from mistakes quickly to identify what works and what doesn’t.
