Director, Ben Cox has over 15 years’ experience in state and independent education, in universities, community clubs, local authorities and the third sector. In his ten years with London Youth Rowing, Ben delivered ground-breaking programmes, often in areas of significant disadvantage. Now, through RowUK, Ben continues his commitment to bringing the sport to a new audience.
At RowUK we are grateful to enjoy the support of some of Britain’s most successful Olympic gold medallists. We are working closely with them and leading events specialists to change how rowing is seen and what it can do.
RowUK is a commercial organisation. We seek a balanced range of income streams, allowing us to drive our programmes forward with agility and innovation. From event sponsorship and programme consultancy, through to more traditional grants and donations, we believe a diverse funding mix is critical to the sustainability of our mission.
