RGL expertise is in Custom Clearance, Forwarding, Door to Door services, transportation, ware- house services, consolidation etc. We offer a comprehensive service, which is always customized to our client’s specific requirements.
The process of import/export are packed with challenges. To simplify this challenging procedure, we have created the unique “Door-to-Door” concept where RGL manages the entire importation/exportation cycle of its Clients. This concept has proven to fill an important need for many conglomerate.
RGL manages the entire importation/exportation process – from the establishment of documents to clearing and delivering it to our customers’ premises. This includes dealing with banks, inspection agents, suppliers, shipping agents, customs, excise and other relevant authorities.
During this process, you simply give us a proforma invoice from supplier and we will take care of all the worries and hassles. Still, you do not lose control of the process. We will always update you, so you will always know the exact location of each of your shipments within the importation/exportation cycle.
