De RSI-vereniging is een landelijke, onafhankelijke vereniging die zich op allerlei fronten inzet voor mensen met RSI en de preventie van de aandoening.
We vinden dat het werken plezier en voldoening moet geven en geen pijn mag opleveren. We streven ernaar de bekendheid en het bewustzijn rond RSI/KANS (Klachten Arm, Nek en/of Schouder) te bevorderen. We hopen dat het uiteindelijk toe zal leiden dat mensen geen RSI/KANS meer krijgen. Want voorkomen is gemakkelijker dan genezen.
De RSI-vereniging geeft voorlichting en informatie over RSI/KANS, brengt 'lotgenoten' met elkaar in contact, bevordert onderzoek, behartigt de belangen van de leden, en stimuleert overleg en samenwerking tussen werkgevers, zorgverleners, scholen, universiteiten, onderzoekers en de overheid.
