Prototypenfertigunge Modelle aus Aluminium oder Kunststoff umgesetzt. Kleinserien realisieren wir kostengünstig durch Vakuumgießen aus Silikonformen.

Mit unseren Spritzgussmaschinen mit Schließkräften von 22-1500 Tonnen, sind wir in der Lage jegliches Kunststoffteil in den verschiedensten Größen und Abnahmemengen wirtschaftlich zu fertigen. Unsere speziellen Sonderverfahren, wie Folienhinterspritzen, Metallumspritzen und 2K-Spritzguss bis 950 T, steigern die Wertigkeit Ihrer innovativen Produkte.
Mit unseren Kooperationspartnern veredeln wir Ihre Bauteile, z.B. durch Lackieren und bieten eine Gesamtlösung bei folienhinterspritzten Kunststoffteilen mit unseren Partnern an.
