In order to improve the learning and reading ability of children, Run & Ride for Reading e.V. establishes Reading Clubs in Cologne, Bonn and the surrounding area. The clubs take place in schools as well as in out-of-school youth centres and promote the motivation and reading skills of children between the ages of 6 and 16. There is a wide range of programmes on offer in order to be able to respond flexibly to the interests of different age groups.
The establishment of reading clubs is one of the most sustainable and effective ways of encouraging children and young people to learn and read. By sponsoring a reading club, attending one of our events or making a donation, you can make an important contribution to education in your area.
