As a conflict resolution specialist with the United Nations, I negotiated with armed combatants in high-stakes environments—an experience that honed my ability to navigate pressure, foster collaboration, and find solutions under challenging circumstances. After my time with the UN, I trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, running successful practices in Vancouver and San Francisco, where I helped clients address deep-seated challenges and create lasting change. I later joined the elite coaching team of Tony Robbins, working with high-profile clients to build resilience, overcome complex challenges, and unlock their full potential. Building on this foundation, I worked with world-class brands like Apple, where I spent seven transformative years training and coaching leaders to excel in high-pressure roles. This gave me firsthand insight into the challenges faced by high-achieving professionals navigating demanding environments.
