Rekonstrukcija Ženski fond je prva lokalna ženska fondacija u Srbiji, osnovana 2004. godine. Misija RŽF-a je da podrži i održi feminističku političku platformu protiv rata, nacionalizma, rasizma, militarizma, svih oblika diskriminacije i nasilja prema ženama. Osnovne funkcije RŽF-a su odgovorno, transparentno i kontinuirano prikupljanje i pružanje finansijske i druge podrške i povezivanje srodnih inicijativa. Ciljevi Fonda su da podrži autonomiju ženskih grupa koje svojim programima utiču na javnost i vode ka strateškim promenama, da osnaži umrežavanje, saradnju, solidarnost i vidljivost ženskih grupa, da podstakne komunikaciju i razmenu ženskog aktivističkog, akademskog, umetničkog i pacifističkog iskustva i znanja. RŽF smo ustanovile kao deo feminističkog pokreta i tako radimo. Svojom grassroots politikom, RŽF stimuliše razvoj lokalnih grupa, a takođe je pouzdan partner najvećim i najstarijim ženskim grupama u Srbiji, sa kojima smo politički bliske.
Reconstruction Women’s Fund is the first local women’s foundation in Serbia.
Mission of RWF is to support and sustain feminist political platform against war, nationalism, racism, militarism, all kinds of discrimination and violence against women. Our basic functions are accountable, transparent and continuous collecting and providing of financial and expert support and strategic connection of compatible initiatives. Aims of RWF are to support autonomy of women’s groups, whose programs affect the public and lead to strategic changes, to strengthen their networking, cooperation, solidarity and visibility, to stimulate communication and exchange of women’s activist, academic, artistic and pacifist experience and knowledge. RWF works as a part of the feminist movement. Our grassroot policy stimulates development of local groups, with special emphasis on activism of Roma women, and is also a reliable partner to the to the largest and oldest women’s groups in Serbia, with whom we are also close in terms of politics.
