تاسیس شرکت مربوط به سال 1366 وفعالیت اولیه آن درزمینه ساخت لوازم خانگی وعمدتا اگزوز اتومبیل های مختلف بوده است . با توسعه تولید اگزوز ضرورت نیاز به تامین لوله وپروفیلهای فولادی بیشتر احساس شده ولذا درسال.1371.با خرید زمینی به مساحت 8000 مترمربع..درمحل شهرک صنعتی شمس آباد وساخت سوله ها این کارخانه با تولید روزانه.30 تن و با اشتغال به کار ...7....نفر در قالب ...یک.... خط تولید در تاریخ 1379 به بهره برداری رسید .
در طول سنوات گذشته ظرفيت اسمي اين واحد طي 2 فقره اصلاحيه به ميزان 95000 تن توليد انواع لوله و پروفيل فولادي در سال رسيده است. کيفيت به عنوان يک اهميت آستانه اي از اولويت دارترين فعاليت هاي شرکت بوده و استقبال بازار از توليدات کارخانه بهترين دليل اين ادعا مي باشد . عليرغم مشکلات موجود در محيط کسب و کار و نبود حمايت هاي لازم از توليدکنندگان توجه به مسئوليت هاي اجتماعي از قبيل ايجاد اشتغال، حفظ و نگهداري از محيط زيست، ايمني و سلامت کارکنان و تعامل و همکاري با تشکل هاي مردم نهاد از جمله برنامه هاي شرکت بوده است .
رشد و تعالي نيروي انساني به عنوان سرمايه واقعي ، جلب رضايت و تکريم مشتريان به عنوان ولي نعمتان اصلي و هم چنين مسئولیت پذیری در قبال جامعه ازاصلی ترین اهداف شرکت لوله وپروفیل صباح می باشد. این کارخانه اکنون با حدود 40 نفر پرسنل به فعالیت خود ادامه میدهد.
