Sadguru Autocomponents Pvt. Ltd. (SAPL) is an end-to-end aluminum die casting solution provider based in Pune, Maharashtra. As one of the leading aluminum die casting companies in Chakan MIDC, Pune, we specialize in delivering precision and critical aluminum castings to customers across the globe.

Our manufacturing facility is equipped with fully automatic high-pressure die casting machines from globally recognized brands, a gravity die casting setup with vertical and horizontal centers, and a well-equipped machine shop featuring CNCs, VMCs, multi-spindle drilling and tapping stations, and leak testing systems.
We also operate an in-house powder coating unit with two dedicated booths (for black and light shades), supported by a five-tank pre-treatment process to ensure superior finish and durability.
Backed by a professional team of engineers and managers, SAPL operates under a robust ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system (TÜV NORD) and is currently transitioning to IATF 16949 certification.
