With the Kibbutzim as a local strategic partner, Sadot is uniquely positioned to harness Israel’s innovation ecosystem towards leading ag verticals where Israel has a distinct advantage – thereby generating successfully proven technologies from lab to farm, from technology to application, from idea to product. In effect, we match early investments with farmers as strategic design partners, alpha and beta sites, and complete the feedback loop with regards to pain points, user interface and business model. Sadot’s inception came to maturity in mid-2019 – with a core team of professionals and investor-partners in place, a deep pipeline of target opportunities and a handful of carefully-selected potential portfolio companies.
