Founded by Chartered Safety Practitioners with deep and extensive operational experience, we began with ONE Mission: to standardise safety metrics and refine safety norms so that professionals can strengthen operational resilience across their organisations and beyond.
To realise this mission, we established TWO Innovation Hubs. Each is designed to turn operational data into actionable intelligence and support informed decision-making at the frontlines of safety.
At the InsightStudio, our research drives the SCAN Series, which explores the safety landscape through four core lenses: Standards, Culture, Analytics, and Norms — with publications including PAPA Said, Mission 45001, RE|Safety, and Drift, examining how safety lives, holds, shifts, and fails, respectively.
