Sage Group Partners was originally founded in 1999, as The Sage Group Inc., a leading local technology, marketing and business consulting group serving a variety of industries. While direct technology clients included national firms such as The California Chamber of Commerce others were handled as strategic partnerships. In 2012, Erin Simmons acquired the company and continued to build on the strategic management and executive leadership assets of the firm. As the renamed Sage Group Partners, services were expanded to incorporate executive recruitment and mid-level search services, while also retaining the core activities of consulting, leadership development, coaching and culture building. With this new focus, Sage Group Partners offers a compelling suite of services for new and established firms during key growth phases. Sage Group Partners' vision is based on the belief that it is time for a new breed of placement firm – one that takes the pressure off managers and executives, and meets companies where they are at to partner with them in strategic engagement in the marketplace.
