I'm Chyvan Mahabeer.
The health industry has presented many opportunities for me throughout 2013, however, I have chosen to ignore those in favor of pursuing my desired aviation career. I have never been aware of my passion for Health and Fitness, until now. I even declined my acceptance to University to study Physiotherapy for my passion, Aviation.
As a qualified Private Pilot at the moment, I regret nothing. I am, however, determined to pursue my Airline Transport Pilot License, although I have faced many obstacles. I realized six years ago that no matter where I was in life, my health and fitness were always the one constant. Together they guided me through school, aviation flight training, and military training.
My fitness journey has greatly shaped me, both physically and mentally.
I was a big, bulky kid and I weighed approximately 110 kilograms and wore size 40 pants. As a result of this size, I took my nutrition and training seriously, dropping all that weight and getting down to 76 kg.
I have dedicated my social media pages to inspiring and motivating others to achieve their goals. Whether it's improving their health or providing information about the aviation industry.
The goal is to continue studying towards my aviation career while focusing on my passion, "Health and Fitness". Funds obtained from this website will be used to finance my studies.
I have recently started studying towards my Nutritional Consultancy Diploma (UK). The reason why is that I would like to post content that is evidence-based and contains nutrition tips and information about working out.
I am now accepting clients, and have decided to put out a few workout plans for you guys. I hope you enjoy them, these are the guides that I wish I had 6 years ago.
