• Implementation of a sanctions compliance program for Russia, CIS countries & ex-USSR
• End-User/End-Use Due Diligence and post-shipment verification for ex-USSR (public record databases, commercial and proprietary databases, Russian & CIS Import customs database)
• Identification of parties that are majority-owned or controlled by sanctioned entities (50% Rule and beyond)
• Practical knowledge of searching in Russian Governmental procurement; monitoring 2nd layer of the market and affiliated trade connections
• Proficiency with the RuNet, high-level knowledge of the regional political landscape in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan
