We started building Santa Gadea in 2003, and we have created Spain's benchmark sustainable farm. Here, our organic goat cheese is produced using only our own goats' milk. At the farm, our circular economy works along 3 interdependent work areas: agriculture, livestock and creamery. Our goats, which live in the farm, feed on our crops. The manure and the creamery residue are in turn fast-transformed, with our biotechnology, into a rich organic compost for our lands. Santa Gadea has a negative carbon footprint thanks to the on-site generation of renewable energies and what our bioechnology has cut back in livestock emmissions. Our organic flock of 1500 goats has the highest sanitary qualification (T3M4) and is also oficially CAEV-free (caprine virus). Santa Gadea milk, the raw material we produce our cheese with, is therefore not just 100% farmstead, but of unmatched quality, and it enables us to present a wide variety of organic goat products: soft-paste cheeses, pressed cheeses, fresh lactic cheeses, cheese in olive oil, UHT goat milk, butter and desserts. All 100% organic.
