Founded by veteran in the property business Dame Jane Chircop. Sapphire Real Estate Services is a fast making, making a name for itself as a credible and reliable company. Jane, a woman of quite determination by nature, was encouraged to branch out on her own by a large number of her own clients who felt more at home with her unique methods of doing business. Because she generates an atmosphere of trustworthiness, they felt more secured making their investments directly with someone like her. Armed with ten years of managerial experience in the property business, this was just the trigger that Jane needed to finally take the plunge. And Sapphire was born!
The name Sapphire was conceived by Jane herself. Because the gem actually represents her own birthstone, for her it also meant that it would be a good to a new life-cycle in the business.
Since 1995 in the business, Dame Jane knows every aspect of the local market like the back of her mind, a most valuable tool that enables her to give the clients the best personalised service. She also employs a team of experiences negotiators, carefully selected and trained by her, who embody the same objective that Sapphire Real Estate represents.
As conscientious estate agents, we strongly believe in selling, renting, relocating and restoring the beautiful traditional old houses that are rich in architecture. These are often unique or interesting properties and Malta has many of these in its towns and villages. Sapphire Real Estate Malta is thus actively involved in preserving our rich local heritage and architecture.
