I saw this regardless of setting or type of provider group. In 2020, I discovered EOS while working for a healthcare start-up that operated on this system. I witnessed how EOS could enhance the productivity of strategy sessions and weekly meetings while addressing issues hindering the company's goals and path to success. Inspired by this, I am on a journey as a fractional integrator and operations executive with a mission to help healthcare providers and healthcare tech companies streamline their operations.
