Sarah established Sarah Settlements with you in mind to provide mobile signing agent services and back-office support for title companies and real estate law firms. Over her career in the title insurance industry of nearly 20 years, she has worked directly to help offices increase efficiency by offering her unique perspective as a Title Processor, Office Manager for title companies and as an Agency Manager for a Maryland title insurance underwriter. During her career as full-time employee, she handled everything from day-to-day operations to curative matters to purchase and refinance settlements to underwriting requirements and management.
She has her BA in Jurisprudence at the University of Baltimore and Associates in Paralegal Studies at Anne Arundel Community College. She feels strongly that her unique background, along with her years of title experience can help you feel comfortable entrusting your clients to her to perform your settlement, train your staff to be better at what they do and to provide relief to your post-closing team.
Sarah has worked in all aspects of the title industry so her ability to handle all aspects of a transaction gives her a unique perspective when performing your settlement. She knows how important every settlement is to your company. They represent relationships built with much effort, time and dedication.
