Since my family and I moved to Europe 11 years ago, we have always missed authentic Indian food in restaurants. Although Indian food is very popular in Europe, people are not familiar with authentic ingredients like Indian spices and herbs and how to make effective use of them. Furthermore, it’s deemed to be a complicated process: you can’t just learn how to cook Indian food by watching Youtube videos, because you need experience and dynamic teaching.
To fill these gaps, we have started giving cooking workshops in Warsaw which started about five years ago. Each class lasts for two and half hours, including an introduction to Indian spices, how to use them, health benefits of spices, a copy of the printed recipes, onsite cooking under supervision. We will end with a fabulous lunch, made by you!
