We are a natural sparkling wine manufacturing company based in Akhmeta, Kakheti region, Republic of Georgia—the cradle of the world’s oldest winemaking tradition. Our mission is to craft authentic Georgian wines using indigenous grape varieties and time-honored techniques, all while maintaining a commitment to sustainability and organic farming.
Our production focuses on natural sparkling wines made through the oldest method, with no artificial additives, commercial yeast, or fining agents. Fermentation takes place slowly in bottles using wild yeast at low temperatures, allowing each wine to retain its natural pressure, fine bubbles, and expressive aromas.
We produce six unique wines from two of Georgia’s key winemaking regions:
Kakheti (Akhmeta microzone):
Rkatsiteli, Kakhuri Mtsvane-Chinuri, Kisi-Khikhvi — rich, complex, and fruit-forward.
Kartli (Mukhrani microzone):
Goruli Mtsvane-Chinuri, Tavkveri Rosé — fresh, high-acidity wines with bright berry notes.
Rosé Blend (Akhmeta):
Rkatsiteli-Saperavi Rosé — vibrant and refreshing with natural balance.
Our first vintage was in 2022, producing 2,000 bottles. With each year, we aim to increase our capacity while preserving artisanal quality. Our long-term vision includes building a boutique hotel near our cellar, offering immersive wine experiences and celebrating Georgia’s ancient wine heritage.
We proudly combine traditional craftsmanship with modern quality standards to bring a truly unique and natural Georgian sparkling wine to the global market.
