Save Them Edu Project (STEP) is a new non-profit organization that believes that in every community there are equal opportunities for every individual, with dreams, goals, and a purpose. The biggest factor in communities is all about making it, having all that parents did not manage to get for you. People in rural and semi-rural areas seek the need to succeed but then there is not viable means of escape other than education or talents. In most communities, there is a lack of resources and adequate tools to shape your future. The lack of education quality, exposure to life, and basic skills like language, and cognition of solving problems is affecting youth. The young people in the community do not get support, proper guidance, and the passion to pursue their dreams and this creates instability in terms of work opportunities and overcrowding of common skills that end up being futile.
The lack of these comes from schools and emerges in the community at large. Another issue among the young people is lack of information about tertiary education and lack of digital knowledge which will have a huge impact going into the fourth industrial revolution. The wise men mentioned that young people are the future leaders, but a posing question is would these future leaders be able to live this dream without any leadership skills, good education, knowledge, and skills? There are saviors needed to give help to the community to become a well skilled functioning place of opportunities and goal driven youth for right development. The people in the community need other young bright minds to show them the way, teach them how to plan for future success, at school, sport, or other talents. The main motivation is to do the best with what you have, where you are and never let your background determine your future.
