SaveKnow by The EVENT-App Company, is the App to carry out your hybrid events and with which the attendees to a training session, congress or conference can save in their user account in the cloud, all the knowledge generated in the event, so that they can have it on their phone wherever they go and consult it from any device whenever they want.
How does it work?
The speaker uses the App on their smartphone to move the slides on the screen, record their speech in the Cloud and send surveys to the attendees.
Attendees answer the polls on their smartphones, watch the slides scroll simultaneously on the screen, tag the most interesting moments of the session and send questions to the speaker, which can be written (anonymous or not) or spoken, which would be the same as asking the presenter for the microphone, only this time they use their own smartphone to ask the question, connecting SaveKnow to the audio of the room so that everyone can hear it.
At the end of the presentation of each event, a video is automatically generated with the slides and voices (those of the presenter and those of the attendees), with all the surveys, event documents technically translated into their language and questions asked, which remains in the participants' accounts, so that they can have it on their phone wherever they go and consult it from their smartphone, tablet, computer or smart TV, whenever they want.
At the beginning of the generated video, the logos of the sponsors appear with a direct link to their website, so they can achieve advertising impact far beyond the dates of the event.
