We are a Housing Society aiming to cater to the growing demand for plots/land at more affordable prices to all the sections of the society. Consisting 500 members and 15 Board of Directors amongst which one of them is a President and the other a salaried Secretary. We are registered under Karnataka State Government Act 1960.
We provide pure A Katha properties assuring safe investments. BRC is our Development partner who is upheld by 60 investors from a diverse background and profession. They have proposed a project plan kicking start with residential plots-dimension varying from 1200Sq.ft to 4000 Sq.ft.
Our developers are launching residential plots in 2 of their Projects, SBI - Green Town and SBI - New Bangalore in Suradhenupura, Rajanakunte and Opp to proposed International Cricket Stadium, Near New DC Office, Devanahalli. Having completed bookings for Phase 1, Phase 2 is now open for booking. The dimensions are as below:
