本公司理念
一協紀股份有限公司於民國80年(西元1991年) 成立於台北市，秉持提供高品質產品及良心為首服務國內消費者，為最高理想與宗旨，三十年來不變。公司成立以來，相繼與國外對於品質要求理念相同之廠商合作；廠商有來自要求甚高的德國，充滿藝術美感的義大利，浪漫非常的法國，熱情奔放的西班牙，巧克力聞名的比利時及具有東方色彩的日本。這些廠商各自有其堅持，惟獨對於品質要求是大家一致。其中更不乏『百年俱樂部成員』，試想一間企業公司能夠經營超過百年是多麼不容易，其間的經歷是一部艱辛血淚史，但是因為有所堅持，才有永續經營的成果。
本公司將理念化為行動，再將兩者合而為一，提升為我們信念中唯一的產品。
『品質是我們唯一的產品』『Quality is our business』是本公司創立以來的標準，也將持續奉行；並以晉升『百年俱樂部成員』為目標。
公司初期產品以供應各類消耗性醫療用品為主，客戶群有國內醫材製造廠(樺萊、普惠、裕豐、聯和、怡安、台灣石川、健元、愛心等)、大藥廠(信東生技、濟生)、醫材買賣商、大型醫院(台大、台北榮總、台中榮總、高雄榮總、三總、左營海軍、國泰醫院、新光醫院、台北醫學大學附屬醫院、馬偕醫院、萬芳醫院、雙和醫院、中國醫學大學附屬醫院、中山醫學大學附屬醫院、秀傳醫院、彰化基督教醫院等等) 及藥局、化工供應商(永豐)；後來再導入運動保健、運動傷害預防產品，由擁有橄欖球國手、國際裁判、排球國手、教育部外派教練及教育部核定副教授身份的運動愛好、教育者藉由其工作及熱忱介紹運動保健、傷害預防觀念的重要性，讓「不要讓運動變成傷害」的觀念能深植運動愛好者腦海。近期又引進食品類產品，還是本著公司原則「品質是我們唯一的產品」服務消費者；世界知名的巧克力製造商，永遠領先的乳脂製造商及異軍突起之乳品製造商，都是我們的新合作伙伴。展望未來，開啟視野，觀念導入，熱忱服務，永續經營；至今約已經走過我們目標的四分之一，希望剩餘的四分之三也能持續穩定的完成。
