With over two decades of experience at the University of California at the UCLA and UCSF campuses, Susan knows how to navigate complex organizations and advocate for employees. As a department manager and then Associate Dean for Administration and Finance, she focused on employee engagement while overseeing budget, HR, clinics, student & faculty services, space, marketing and special projects. Susan received the Chancellor’s Award for Exceptional University Management.
Working primarily with physicians, scientists, entrepreneurs and other academic, medical and biotechnology managers and leaders, Susan coaches high potential individuals and teams.
