In addition, Scribbles has been awarded the ExceleRate Illinois Gold Circle of Quality! Programs that have been awarded the Gold Circle of Quality have demonstrated quality on all 15 standards. They have met or exceeded specific quality benchmarks such as learning environment, instructional quality, group size and staff to child ratios, staff qualifications, and professional development.
