Some of Seldar Holding's operating projects in Egypt are: Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, The First Mall, Hilton Alexandria Corniche Hotel, Hilton Hurghada Plaza Hotel and Hurghada City Center Mall while projects under development include Aleph Hurghada Residences , Al Jazi Egypt and Nile Boat by Four Seasons.
