SEMenting is the business name for Silvia Estrems Mentoring, an enterprise currently based in Barcelona that offers three kinds of mentoring to executives and experienced professionals.
All three are centered around the vision, knowledge, methods, tools and network of contacts earned in my thirty years of experience in diverse sectors. What is different about each of them is their purpose and results:
- “Continuous improvement” provides you with short-term results: resolution of your urgent issues, and gradually improving your professional practice through the systematic implementation of new ways to analyze, see, and work.
- “Positioning” provides you with medium-term results: you reach, assume, and strengthen your position; you are able to recognize what you bring to the table (talent, value, motivations, differences), and how you can make those qualities available to a business, a project or a new responsibility.
- “Change of perspective” provides you with long-term results: the change of perspective becomes a change of reality for you; you integrate a new vision, new forms of working and you innovate to reach new objectives (new product, new unit, new sector...).
Sessions are 45mn by Skype or phone.
