Established in 1970, Senate provides comprehensive planning, surveying, mapping, design, inspection, environmental and management services. Since establishment our offices have been located in the lower Allegheny Valley region, most recently in the University of Pittsburgh Applied Research Center (U-PARC) complex located in Harmarville, PA. More recently, to provide our services to clients at a local level, we have opened satellite offices in Kittanning, The City of McKeesport, Uniontown and Washington, PA.
