We are proud to have a world class sterile processing technology comprising two lines each of Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) and Three-Piece Dropper Bottle integrated with automated inspection, leak detection and packaging
We specialize in Solutions, Suspensions and Emulsions that can be packaged in unit-dose, multi-dose & preservative free multi-dose containers
Our facility has an annual capacity of 90 million units with warehousing & cold storage facilities Additional capacity expansion is in progress through deployment of Microfluidizer & Netzsch bead mill for handling Emulsion & Suspension products
Other Special handling capabilities include Filter Sterilization, Terminal Sterilization, In-Situ Sterilization and Manufacturing & handling under 2-8oC conditions
