During his final year studying Professional Musicianship, Chris Simpson
experienced a pivotal moment that would change the course of his
academic and professional journey. A guest lecturer from Oxford
University, Neill Thew, introduced Chris to the opportunity of pursuing a
Master’s in Professional Development. After completing the program,
Chris went on to collaborate with Neill in designing a new course
focused on Leadership and Leading Change, tailored for a consortium of
UK universities. This marked the beginning of Chris’s journey into
leadership development. It became evident that Chris possessed a
unique charisma for educating and mentoring senior leaders, including
CEOs, directors, and heads of organisations, guiding them toward
significant professional achievements. Since then, Chris has continued to expand his expertise, earning a range of prestigious certifications, including in Emotional Intelligence, Change Management, Project Management, and Mental Health First Aid, among others.
