Yoga Styles: Beginner, Intermediate, Gentle Flow, Relax & Restore, Yin, Flow, Ashtanga Yoga, Mindful Movement & Meditation, Mindfullness based Stress Reduction Program & Core Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training This comprehensive two year Teacher Training program includes a series of one day and weekend workshops within a small student-teacher ratio. Participants’ benefits include — internal intimacy found through actions for alignment, balance, stability, ease and space; a comprehensive practicum experience; creation of their own yoga practice; confidence and integration.
