Since its inception Mr. Richardo Korsakas, recognized that some manufacturers of electrical products in North America and Europe did not have market presence in the Latin American markets, and there is a demand for electrical products, especially for industrial markets, and the demand grows-day by day. His concept is to establish a reliable bridge of communication between the international manufacturers and the Latin American markets. Following this concept, SER-USA established distribution channels in each of these markets, providing distribution in these markets expanded product lines, and manufacturers a real presence in markets they previously did not have. Currently, with the giant leaps in technology, always on the lookout for sound ways to reduce the environmental impact. At SER-USA, we believe in these principles, and our mission is to offer the Latin America markets a range of products with the highest quality and latest technology, certified by the manufacturers we represent. It is understood that to grow as a business, the industry has to grow accordingly. For these reasons, we at SER-USA believe that the cornerstones for success are based on honesty, hard work, reliability and communication.
