The framework is open to all contracting authorities throughout all administrative regions of the UK (as defined by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015) including but not limited to: Central Government Departments and their Arm's Length Bodies and Agencies, Non-Departmental Public Bodies, NHS Bodies and Local Authorities, including any successor to any of them in the exercise of their statutory or public functions.
