She Rocks Global is an imperfect truly global and diverse community of women who develop and support each other. It is created and co-hosted by three women entrepreneurs from three different continents: Nwabisa Mayema from South Africa, Macarena Botta from Uruguay and Zoja Kukic from Serbia.
This podcast showcases honest conversations among imperfectly perfect women from all over the world about their experiences, takeaways, challenges and future plans.
It is about a respectful conversation, not about having one right answer.
The goal of this podcast is to provide something new and different to women around the globe. To help us all realize that we are PERFECTLY IMPERFECT.
Therefore, the women in this podcast are:
- REAL — We don’t want to hear the perfect answer to every question. We believe that the full story is what is inspiring. Therefore, we talk about what women gave up in order to achieve something, what frightens them, who was in their corner and helped them, all the choices they made, etc.
- GLOBAL — Every corner of the world is unique and special and we want to showcase women from everywhere. It is incredible how the choices we face are similar, and how the environments are sometimes so different. We believe that these conversations bring us closer to one another. And they truly make the world smaller.
- SUPPORTIVE — Is there anything we can say we achieved solely by ourselves? We talk about people in our corner, those who enabled us to be our true selves. Are we returning the favor to the new women around us?
