Shift’s pilot project is a 300,000-sf mixed-use property in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, comprised of 226 apartments, commercial, retail and coworking spaces, as well as a food hall, nightlife venue, rooftop bar, yoga studio, gym, spa and wellness center.
