Developer & Builder Services: We do undertake construction agreement and development agreement with Land lord / client for turnkey solution of construction and sale of the property in residential and commercial buildings. we have tie-up with reputed Architect, Design and Liasioning consultants provide complete solution for construction and real estate.
Consulting Services: We are diversified in providing consulting services (soft services) related constructions. We do provide complete quantity Surveying services including cost Estimation but not limited to quantity takeoff & estimates also includes BOQ & specification preparation as per the client design, provide tendering services in finalization of vendors of all trade packages, provide QS services during construction stage in measurements verification, bill certification and documentation
