The purpose of the association of IGR-IAE doctoral students is to promote exchanges between doctoral students from the IGR-IAE of Rennes, to be the instrument allowing the organization of collective actions of a professional, cultural and social, and to contribute to the visibility of doctoral students and the work carried out in their environment.
Know each other better
Doctoral students do not all have the same status: some are research grant recipients and monitors, others have CIFRE contracts and still others have worked outside the framework of their thesis. The objective is therefore to organize a meeting at the beginning of each year which will allow doctoral students to get to know each other better and to integrate new arrivals.
Exchange
Through the association, we wish to facilitate the exchange between doctoral students on their research work in order to strengthen team spirit, which can be of great support in a thesis work rather experienced as individual. In addition, "experience feedback" projects are revealed so that former IGR-IAE doctoral students allow us to share their post-thesis experience.
