Our service is delivered in a number of ways, tailored to what you need. Whether it is in response to issues faced day to day, creating solutions to avoid problems or creating an employee relations agenda within the organisation, we will work with you to find the most effective solutions.
We have a number of packages, which can cover some or all of the below, to name a few examples:

- Business partner to assist Company directors with strategic ER planning
- Document drafting and policy implementation
- Hands on management of workplace cases, such as disciplinary/ grievances, structuring/ carrying out
redundancy process, implementing consultation, etc.
