I stedet for at stå alene med egen bolig, administration, rengøring, vedligehold og øvrige pligter, så samler Simply Sun flere familier i et fælles ejerskab af en drømmebolig i Spanien. Simply Sun står for det praktiske i og omkring huset. Du skal blot pakke kuffert, holde ferie og nyde livet i din egen drømmebolig.
Alle vores projekter består af fritliggende boliger med attraktiv beliggenhed og udsigt til den Spanske Solkyst. Det enkelte projekt er typisk opdelt i 4-6 lejligheder af forskellig størrelse, hvor 6 familier deler ejerskabet af den samme lejlighed og har op til ti ugers adgang om året og mulighed for flere sammenhængende uger.
Ejendommene er altid udstyret med fælles pool, mountainbikes og racercykler, som frit kan benyttes af beboerne. Derudover har den enkelte familie sit eget opbevaringsskab til de ting man ikke ønsker at tage med frem og tilbage hver gang.
