SINDO is a One Stop Strategic Consulting Group that engages in strategic consulting across various aspects of business such as Capital Raising, Business Development, Retail Consulting, Marketing, Retail, Legal & Financial Advisory. We are also a holding company with several brands under our ownership.
A brief history:
We initially started Financial Consulting and Advisory company heading a Corporate Group based in Jakarta, Indonesia with operations in a range of industries including Law, Construction, and F&B. Founded in 2020, SINDO serves a select group of private business groups and Indonesian based multinational financial conglomerates.
In 2021, SINDO started actively utilizing its channels to Family Offices to aid in Capital Raising for several companies and startups in the fields of construction, critical infrastructure, F&B, and financial services.
Recently, SINDO has begun the genesis of a cross shareholding Corporate Group to incorporate some of its former clients as copartners, allowing SINDO to call forth a deeply experienced team of experts for a variety of different sectors and projects. Since then, SINDO has continued to actively consult on the investment allocation of half a dozen Family Offices as well as strategic acquisitions and mergers for a select group of family owned businesses with operations across Indonesia.
In 2024, Sindo has expanded its business development consulting operations to provide strategic consulting to retail and FMCG clients.
