Building on 12+ years of experience in the educational sector, I've developed my career as a digital learning designer, educator, and curriculum development specialist by embracing innovation and influencing colleagues to do the same. I've successfully managed the design and delivery of different educational programs and e-learning projects that motivate and engage learners of all ages.
Learning Design goes beyond checking the box, watching the video, reading the text, and counting the points. I'm excited to be a part of the next evolution in instructional design that recognizes that teaching and learning are both art and science.
