We are online recruitment platform that matches individuals & teams with projects. We deliver B2B recruitment and talent management solutions. We help both medium companies and corporations as well as SMEs
and freelancers.
In a nutshell, our web application enables employees to apply for roles & projects, as well as managers and recruiters to look for candidates among people already employed by the company.
As a next step, we would like to add functionalities which will enable both individuals as well as whole teams to apply for roles in external projects. This way we will create a marketplace for both outsourcing companies, freelancers, and companies, corporations who seek specialists for their projects. It is also intended to allow closely collaborating companies to share offers in a safe way (closed market). We will provide tools built in the system to automate necessary legal precautions prior to sensitive data exchange like NDA agreements etc. Skillhouse is a response to the needs of companies which struggle with problems such as too little employees to fill in current projects or when too many employees stay idle in-between projects.
In principle, the project should attract talents and enable growth. We may filter employees based on skills, availability etc., as well as filter projects based on similar criteria. By tracking the skill levels of both employees and the roles they could apply for, we are able to provide information about the quality of the match and suggest roles and/or projects based on that information.
Our approach focuses on project-based employee assign. The system will also be equipped with business intelligence analytics tools and will create automatic reports based on the users' activities.
Initially, Skillhouse is targeted at highly dynamic companies, e.g. IT-heavy companies or software houses, financial corporations and their utilization of workforce. As a next step, we would like to cover other industries and job categories.
