The grandiose Skyline AFI Tower, located in the prestigious residential and business complex Skyline Belgrade, is a premium building with an unusual shape. It offers contemporary, flexible and comfortable office space spanning a total area of 31,000 m², i.e. 31 floors, each of which can be divided into premium office space of 250, 500 and 1,000 square meters. Designed as an A-class office building with innovative architectural design, it has a six-level-underground-garage and 510 parking spaces.
Skyline AFI Tower is the only office building with a view that reaches the entire of Belgrade. It is abundant with natural light, has a double-height terrace on every fifth floor, and a real green oasis called Three Keys Park, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. The ground floor is intended for retail premises, restaurants and cafes. The state-of-the-art spa center with the largest swimming pool in the capital is also within easy reach. This 132-metre-high-skyscraper will be ready for occupants in 2023.
