When Covid hit, all schools were forced to move their curriculum online. This forced all public schools to apply their traditional brick & mortar school model into remote online learning. When it came to public high schools, they proved to be unable to properly carry out an online curriculum and tended to waste the student's time. That's why I created SmartCut. With SmartCut's versatile feature set you're free to learn when you want, how you want. Features: • Class scheduler for keeping track of your upcoming classes • Ability to automatically join scheduled classes when they start • Option to display a pre-recorded video through an emulated webcam • Automatically respond to certain keywords with a custom audio clip or chat message, good for going through attendance • Send SMS alerts when SmartCut joins a meeting, responds to keywords, or leaves a meeting • Save video recordings of your classes •Save your class transcripts • Automatically leave a class when it ends • Emergency handler - If a certain keyword is heard a certain amount of times, SmartCut will leave the meeting and send an SMS notification with a link to the meeting so you can take SmartCut's place.
