Die erste Smart Learning Community in Deutschland ist eine Peer-Learning Initiative, die sich zum Thema #SmartLearning fachlich austauscht und an eigenen Projekten hybride Future-Skills entwickelt. Der Community Space wurde von Dr. Sirkka Freigang in 02/2021 gegründet und wird durch ein CoCreation Kernteam konzeptionell begleitet.
Die Community versteht sich als Ergänzung zum Think-Tank als Do-Tank verbunden mit dem Ziel, das lebenslange Lernen am Arbeitsplatz zu verbessern und wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse in die Praxis zu überführen.
#Einfachmachen und direkt loslegen ist seit Februar 2021 möglich. Im virtuellen Peer-Learning Space lernt man alles über neue EdTech-Trends wie Augmented Reality, 3D Hologramme, 3D-Scanverfahren oder den Merge Cube und kann im Austausch mit anderen an ersten eigenen Projekten arbeiten. Ziel der Community ist es, innovatives Konzept- und Methoden-KnowHow zu Smart Learning bereitszustellen und den Transfer des neuen Wissens in die eigene Praxis zu begleiten.
Gemäß unserer Mission „CREATE EXPERIENCES AND NOT LESSONS” werden wir Konzepte, Methoden, Tools & Templates kennenlernen, die aus einer passiven Wissensvermittlung eine aktive Lernerfahrung zu erzeugen. Von daher liegt es nahe, neueste Technologien aus den Bereichen IoT, AI und XR zu nutzen, die einen „Wow-Effekt“ bei den Lernenden erzeugen.
