With over 28 years’ experience in the construction industry, Socius Projects was formed by its founder Derek Kerr in 2014 to help give clients that extra experienced pair of hands to navigate a construction project from the initial budget and design phases through to delivery of the final build.
Socius Projects team members are the keystone of a construction project, working in partnership with its clients and sharing its experience and network of contacts to complete a project to time and budget.

Mainly London based with a mobile team, Socius Projects work on projects with contracts values from £750k through to £5million.
Full project management and quantity surveying services include (but this is by no means an exhaustive list, so please get in touch if you have an enquiry):
• Project costs and practical feasibility, including preparing detailed high-level cost estimate, discuss and agree budget
• Coordination of design and construction teams
• Contract documentation
• Project cost and programme reporting including progress, issues arising or variations
• Manage selection and approval for all contractors and suppliers
• Manage processes through tender to completion, and post completion stages
• Lead pre and post contract meetings
• Monitor snagging process and co-ordinate lists until snags completed
• Agree interim, and final accounts
