1) Strategic Operations - Review and improve company workflows, document SOPs (standard operating procedures), simplify and automate repetitive processes. Define the company's value-adding activities, long-term and short-term goals. Set up and review milestones, and construct a performance management plan (KPIs).
2) Wix Website Builder - Creating and editing websites, landing pages, and promotional pages in Wix. It can be time consuming and confusing to do work in Wix, so I am here to make your business life a whole lot easier: just tell me what you would like to accomplish, and I will make sure your vision comes true.
3) Virtual Assistant - A variety of remote administrative services. My tasks include but are not limited to: scheduling appointments, data entry, managing email accounts, social media management, bookkeeping, and online document filing. The goal is to free up time so that you can focus on your strengths.
